Through a successful joint bid, IC360, together with partner IXUP, have been selected by iGaming Ontario to implement a world-class centralized self-exclusion solution

Las Vegas, NV and Toronto, ON (August 1, 2024) – Integrity Compliance 360 Inc. (IC360), the global leader in integrity, compliance and regulatory technology products and services for the sports betting and gaming sectors, is pleased to announce that iGaming Ontario has selected IC360 to develop North America’s first centralized self-exclusion platform for the Ontario iGaming market.  IC360’s successful bid is a partnership with IXUP Limited (IXUP), operator of Australia's BetStop national self-exclusion register.

IC360’s successful bid further cements the company as an industry leader for the development of reg tech solutions. This centralized self-exclusion will join IC360’s other innovative solutions such as its prohibited betting solution ProhiBet, its industry-leading integrity monitoring dashboard and PlaybookAI, the industry’s most robust regulatory library and research tool.

Together, IC360 and IXUP will provide Ontario with a cutting-edge self-exclusion system designed to support players’ decisions to self-exclude while also protecting their privacy. Through this centralized system, players will be able to self-exclude from all regulated iGaming sites in Ontario at once. The selection of IC360 and IXUP comes as a result of a competitive bidding process (Centralized Self-Exclusion (CSE) Solution, iGO # 026-23).

The new self-exclusion system will include features such as: 

• Integrate seamlessly with all regulated Ontario igaming operators’ systems, including OLG.ca. 

• Provide anyone 19+ with easy access to create and manage their self-exclusion profile. 

• Implement identity verification, registration, renewal, and reinstatement processes that are intuitive, simple, and offer supporting resources.
