Collaboration brings IC360’s comprehensive suite of integrity and anti-harassment technologies to DraftKings Sportsbook and DraftKings Predictions
LAS VEGAS, NV and BOSTON, MA — [September 8, 2026] — Integrity Compliance 360, Inc. (IC360), the global technology and advisory leader for integrity and regulatory solutions in sports, sports betting, iGaming, and prediction markets, today announced an agreement with DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG), the digital sports and gaming company. Under the agreement, DraftKings will deploy IC360’s full, industry-leading suite of integrity and compliance technology across both its sportsbook and predictions platform.
The agreement marks the first ever single-operator integration in IC360's ProhiBet and ProhiTrade secure network, uniting four of the company's flagship technologies under one roof: Integrity Monitoring, ProhiBet, ProhiTrade, and ProhiBet Bad Actors. Together, these solutions give DraftKings a single, unified integrity architecture spanning traditional sports wagering and event-based prediction market trading, an approach IC360 believes will set the new industry standard as sportsbooks and prediction market exchanges increasingly operate side by side.

ProhiBet BA: protecting athletes, coaches, and officials from bad actors
DraftKings will join IC360's ProhiBet BA (Bad Actors) program. ProhiBet BA identifies individuals who use DraftKings' platforms to harass, threaten, or abuse athletes, coaches, officials, and other sports figures — including conduct tied to betting losses or unfavorable outcomes. Once flagged, these individuals can have their DraftKings accounts suspended or permanently terminated, and evidence can be shared with sports leagues, teams, and law enforcement where appropriate. DraftKings joins a growing coalition of operators committed to using ProhiBet BA to swiftly address ensure that no bettor believes a loss is a license to threaten or threats and harassment in sports.
ProhiTrade: prohibited trading technology for DraftKings' prediction market exchange
On the prediction market side, DraftKings will deploy IC360’s ProhiTrade technology across DKeX and the DraftKings Predictions offering. ProhiTrade enforces prohibited-trading compliance by helping to prevent athletes, coaches, officials, and other individuals with access to material non-public or insider information from trading event contracts tied to competitions or outcomes they can influence. ProhiTrade gives DraftKings the same institutional-grade insider-risk controls trusted by leading exchanges and prediction market operators.
ProhiBet: prohibited betting technology for DraftKings Sportsbook
DraftKings will also implement IC360’s ProhiBet platform across its regulated sportsbook platform. ProhiBet is IC360’s encrypted, continuously updated database that restricts wagering by athletes, coaches, trainers, officials, league personnel, and other individuals who are prohibited from betting on the sports in which they participate. By screening accounts against the ProhiBet list, DraftKings will further strengthen its ability to help prevent prohibited persons from wagering on competitions they can influence.
Integrity Monitoring across DraftKings Sports
At the core of the relationship, IC360 will provide real-time Integrity Monitoring across DraftKings Sports. IC360's proprietary dashboard delivers continuous, real-time alerts on suspicious betting and trading patterns, flagging anomalous activity for rapid review by DraftKings' compliance team and enabling swift action to uphold the fairness of every game, match, and offering available on DraftKings.
